	The Apartment
	Our suite has a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette/dining area. It is furnished with a double bed, dressers, writing desk, chairs, sofa, coffee tables, lamps, side tables, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, cable tv/ vcr/dvd, dishes, pots & pans, linens, iron & ironing board. Houseplants and knickknacks make each apartment feel like home! The bathroom has an antique brass shower stall and a footed soaking tub!



	Our Neighborhood
	We are a stone's throw from Lake Erie, on a quiet, turn- of-the-century residential street. Shopping, banking, and dining facilities are all within walking distance. From boutiques to famous name establishments, from fast food to fine dining, all are just minutes away.Dry cleaners and laundromat are at the head of the street, and there are some great coffee houses in our area.



	Our Policy
	The apartment is cleaned thoroughly between tenants. We promote an allergy-free environment (no smoking or pets). We have a whole-house water filter. We recycle & like to grow fresh herbs, and you might even get to try our homemade soups! You can sit on our porch swing or feed the fish in the pond in our back yard. We have an in-house video library available to tenants: from silent classics to current sit-coms, from history and nature to sci-fi. That's if you have time!
